Lacey is the foundation bitch for Imagine. She finished her Canadian Championship with a Group 1st, then her American Championship with three 5-point majors... not too shabby! All of this in spite of the fact that she really does not like the show ring. She is happiest when she's at home chasing squirrels and trying to convince the livestock that she's pretty tough stuff... from her side of the fence, of course! She also earns her keep around the acreage with helping to control the vermin.
Lacey has had two litters to date. She is an excellent mom and we will likely breed her once more. Though she is very inconsistent in the size of puppies she produces, she nonetheless has nice ones. We will keep our fingers crossed that perhaps the next litter will have at least one pup that's not at one end of the extreme or the other.
Lacey has been DNA tested normal for Myotonia Congenita. She has her eyes CERF examined annually.
